Third Thursday Update [August] - Fulfillment Progress

Hello backers,
More and more of you have begun receiving Almost Innocent and we’re now in the last stretch. Here’s the current breakdown by region.
Asia/Row- Complete
EU+ - Games have been mailed out to 94% of the backers. We still have a few no-responses to our address verification emails. If you haven't responded to the email yet, please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from [email protected].
UK- The games arrived at Zatu’s warehouse and are currently in a shipping queue. We expect the games to be out the door by the end of the month.
CAN- The container has docked in British Columbia and is in the process of unloading and getting the games onto the train to travel across the country to our fulfillment partners, Ilo307. From there it will unload and be put into the queue for delivery. We expect games to start arriving at your doors in mid-September.
US/SA- The games have arrived in the warehouse and are in Miniature Market’s shipping queue. We expect the games to be mailed out at the end of the month based on the current queue.
AUS/NZ- This container was unfortunately delayed and is now going out on the water next week. We expect the container to arrive in mid-late September at the warehouse.

You might have seen from the comments that games have started to arrive! (Wahoo!!!). That said, if you haven't confirmed your address through our verification, your game is not on the way yet. Please make sure you confirm it. Check your spam for an email from [email protected] and confirm (or adjust) that address.

European Fulfillment

Hello European backers! We are in the home stretch now!
Games are getting ready for fulfillment, but our EU warehouse uses a new address confirmation system linked directly to their system. This allows us to keep things open for you to update your address a bit longer as any changes will feed directly to the system that generates your labels instead of sitting in our pledge manager software and needing to be downloaded, formatted, and uploaded again through the chain of people.

The warehouse won’t send out your order until they’ve received this confirmation of the address.
Even with email reminders and holding open address confirmations until shortly before mailing out pledges, we have on average 3-5% of pledges returned due to a bad address. While that’s a single-digit number, it's still a lot of extra time and cost. Our hope is that this new integration directly between you and the warehouse will lower this significantly.

Third Thursday Update [July] — Mailing Update

Hello backers!
As you might have seen from the comments, Almost Innocent has started arriving in the wild! Only a few have been mailed out at this point, but we will see them arriving on doorsteps across the world over the next few months.
Asia/Rest of World: All orders have been mailed as of 07/08/23
Europe+: Games are on the water. The estimated arrival at the port is this week. Games then need to move to our warehouse in France with mailing beginning by the end of the month.
UK: Once games are received in France, they will be sent to Zatu in the UK for fulfillment. The UK timeline is behind the EU timeline by about 2 weeks.
Australia/New Zealand: Container is currently being loaded with games. We will have a more detailed timeline in next month's Third Thursday Update.
Canada: The container with the games is on the water. Arrival in Canada is estimated for mid-August. The games will then need to jump on a train from the West Coast across to Montreal for fulfillment, so they won't be at the facility and ready to ship until late August or early September.
US/South America: The container with the games is on the water. Arrival in U.S. is estimated for early August.
French retailers will likely receive their orders slightly behind other backers, as we ran out of space on our first container and had to schedule another one for those copies.

Third Thursday Update [June] - Production has wrapped!

Hi everyone!
We are excited to say that production has wrapped up and containers are being scheduled and in one case already on the water! Let's break it down:
- United States: We are currently preparing the U.S. container and will have a much clearer estimated date in next month's update!
- Canada: The container is expected to hit the waters by the end of June.
- Australia: The container is expected to hit the waters by the end of June.
- Asia: All orders are estimated to be mailed out by the end of June!
- EU: The container left port on June 10th, and we will update you all on when the mailing is to begin when it gets closer to that time.
- UK: Once the games have arrived with our French partners they will send all UK orders to Zatu, this usually takes 1-2 additional weeks, but we will have more information in July's Third Thursday update.
That's all for now but we are getting closer and closer to fulfillment and that's so exciting! We cannot wait to get you all your games!
